Taking the Bio-Core Energetics™ Health Scan is simple, gentle, and completely stress-free. Once you order, we’ll send a collection kit right to your door. Inside, you’ll find easy instructions for taking a small hair sample (just a few strands) and swabbing a quick saliva sample—no needles, no fasting, no complicated prep. Just pop your samples in the prepaid envelope and mail them back.

My Story: From Searching to Leading—And Why I Created Bio-Core Energetics™
For over fourteen years, I’ve devoted my life to one stubborn, beautiful question:What does it take for a person to truly heal?
I wish I’d come to this work from pure curiosity—but the truth is, like many of my clients, I was driven by struggle. My own health journey wasn’t just a string of symptoms or a puzzle for doctors to solve. It was a loud and tangled mix of exhaustion, confusion, and endless “solutions” that never quite reached the root.
Sure, I had the credentials—degrees in integrative nutrition, certifications in somatic therapy, deep training in cellular detox, trauma, and more. But standing in front of doctors, being handed another new protocol or told it's just in your mind, none of that gave me the clarity or progress I longed for.
Instead, I had to peel back the layers of my own story—my body’s story—listening for the signals that basic labs and surface-level fixes always missed. I dove deep: from the chemistry of cells, to the psychology of the inner child, and onward to the quantum world of frequency. My research and my lived experience merged until I saw the hidden connections—between biology, mind, energy, and the patterns we get stuck in.
Every time I guided a client past the old story of “just manage your symptoms,” I watched something spark inside them. When the body’s real signals are finally mapped and honored, people change. Symptoms shift. Whole lives shift.
This was the seed for Bio-Core Energetics™—a framework I built because I needed it myself. Now it’s what I teach to practitioners and use with every client, whether in my retreats, private sessions, or in designing breakthrough wellness programs around the world.

The Bio-Core Health Scan is a non-invasive assessment that uses a sample of your hair and saliva to provide a full picture of your body’s stress, energy, and communication patterns. It looks beyond symptoms and standard lab work to identify what may be holding you back from healing—offering a personalized roadmap to help you thrive.
2. How is this different from regular lab tests or bloodwork?
Standard lab tests focus on specific markers or disease states, and often miss the deeper patterns of stress, toxin buildup, or energy imbalances. The Bio-Core Health Scan looks at your body from a holistic, multi-layered view, considering both physical and energetic factors that influence your vitality—helping you understand “why” you feel the way you do, not just “what” is happening.
3. How do I provide my samples?
It’s simple and stress-free! You’ll receive a kit with instructions to collect a small hair sample (just a few strands from the root) and a quick saliva swab. No needles, no fasting, and no special diet required. Just mail your samples back in the prepaid envelope provided.
4. Is the scan painful or invasive?
Not at all. The process uses only hair and saliva samples. There are zero needles, zero blood draws, and zero discomfort.

The payment plans are available through 3rd party partners like Affirm or AfterPay, or you can simply use a credit card and make installment payments that way. This allows you to begin your journey while spreading the investment over manageable installments.
